Psychological Assessments – Meet with one of our clinical team to explore what’s happening and create a clear plan forward.
Specialist Healing Retreats – A chance to reset and recover in a focused, therapeutic environment. (Waiting list open for 2025.)
1:1 Therapy – Individualised therapy using a blend of evidence-based models including EMDR, CBT and DIT.
